As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader
Account to deliver #happier customer experience. You will be required to effectively create and
manage Google AdWords campaigns and understand the online marketing industry and have
the ability to effectively manage multiple client relations while ensuring client satisfaction. You
should be able to identify opportunities to grow client revenue within a small time so that they are
able to reach their full advertising potential. You should be able to maximize the revenue

You are also required to perform these job functions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance include internal control with company's policies, corporate governance and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • Respond and manage client’s inquiries through email communication and live chat support.
  • Attending 1st level related customer fronting and back-office processing works via chat / tickets in relation to following;
a) Account enquiries; 
b) Complaints;
c) Modification and changing the account profile details request; and     
d) Account verification guidance/steps.

Qualifications
  • Only for native Koreans 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance and Economics related / Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience is preferred but also open to individuals without experience but keen interest to learn.

The Crew Members must at all times during the term of their Assignment Period:

Meet all current requirements of the Vietnamese Civil Aviation Authority and the International Civil Aviation Organization to fly the Aircraft as an international and domestic air transport Crew Member.

Meet all licensing and medical examination requirements as specified by the Vietnamese Civil Aviation Authority to fly the Aircraft, including being the holder of A320 aircraft type rating and appropriate license, with experience and hours to the satisfaction of the Airline.

  • 500hrs hours on A320 family aircraft
  • Last line flight on A320 family aircraft is within 18 months from the date of assignment
  • Holds current ATPL
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Current Class I medical certificate
  • Valid A320 family OPC
  • Valid Passport (minimum 1 year)

Academic qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Required to act as a Cabin attendant (CA) as necessary to ensure adequate fleet coverage - to be licensed on A6 aircraft and be trained on the fleet types.
  • In conjunction with Lead Commander (LC), monitoring and supervising Operational Safety and Service oversight of the fleet Cabin attendants.

  • Maintains and oversees agreed CA service standards, policies, and procedures, including catering, and uniforms.
  • Developing and delivering CA service training in line with Company and Group standards.
  • Owns and maintains all Cabin related Manuals and documents such as Cabin Safety Manual, checklists, safety cards, procedures etc.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the CA Manual, Company policies and procedures.

  • Performs and records CA related Quality Inspections on aircraft and the department.
  • Becomes knowledgeable on the fleet’s Cabin Entertainment systems.
  • Supports Aircraft Entry into service and Exit from Service projects including cabin Galley equipment, flat ware, loose equipment, and provisions.
  • Ensure mass and balance changes related to cabin items/equipment are identified, performed, and notified to Flight operations in a timely manner.
  • Manages Off Aircraft Cabin equipment storage.
  • Conducts 6 monthly CA meetings and document all minutes of the meeting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Key Activities 
  • Plan, conduct and supervise the B737-800 type conversion and recurrent training courses.
  • Plan, conduct and supervise additional special trainings required, e.g. ETOPS, RVSM, CAT II/III, RNP, etc.

  • Planning the programs for initial, conversion and recurrent ground training of flight operations staff.
  • Preparation of training materials and constant update of all ground school training syllabus.

  • Maintaining up to date and accurate record of all ground school training courses.

4) Education: High school graduated or above;

6) Experience: Minimum 1-year experience of flying in other airlines. For Cabin Manager position, you must have at least 1 or 2-year experience in the same position or minimum 4000 consecutive flight hour experience in other airlines.

7) Other requirements: Qualification certificate must be valid, and last flight time is not over 12 months
