Education & Experience
  • Secondary School level.

We will be conducting a recruitment exercise for Flight Steward/Stewardesses in Kuala Lumpur . If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to meet you at our walk-in interview.

Requirements

* Malaysia or Singapore citizen 
* Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
* Fulfill the minimum height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
* Degree / Diploma 
 OR
* At least 2 principal level passes and 2 subsidiary passes in STPM / GCE ‘A’ level or its equivalent
OR
* At least 5 credits in SPM / GCE ‘O’ level and relevant working experience

Remuneration & Service Benefits

In addition, there is an annual wage supplement of one month’s basic salary and profit-sharing bonus. You will also be entitled to free travel to any SIA destination once a year and enjoy discounted travel at other times.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level/STPM, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree. In addition, you must demonstrate proficiency in English, Mathematics and Science, preferably Physics (with at least credits in GCE 'O' levels/SPM)
  • For candidates without credits in English at GCE ‘O’ Levels/SPM, you must produce additional proof of English proficiency:
    o IELTS – Minimum Band 7 (out of 9); or
    o TOEFL – Minimum score: Computer based – 250, Paper Version – 600; or
    o Certificate of Completion for English Language Course
  • Myopia of not more than 600 degrees and astigmatism of not more than 200 degrees per eye
TRAINING

Successful candidates will be trained to acquire either an Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) or a Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) at Pilot Training Schools in Singapore and overseas. Full board and lodging will be provided. Upon obtaining the ATPL or MPL, you will undergo further training to become a First Officer.


SELECTION PROCESS

Preliminary interviews are held in Malaysia and subsequent interviews will be held in Singapore. Applicants undergo five stages comprising online application, preliminary interview, aptitude test, final interview with senior management as well as a medical check-up.

REMUNERATIONS AND SERVICE BENEFITS


A monthly allowance will be provided during training. On appointment as a First Officer, you will enjoy a competitive salary along with various allowances and benefits.

Role Purpose:

To be cleared and endorsed by CAAM on type rating training on B737 as a Co-Pilot

Key Accountability:
  • The Co-pilot is the Commander’s deputy and is a member of the flight crew acting in piloting capacity, other than Commander
  • When the Commander is absent or becomes incapacitated, the Co-pilot assumes the Commander’s authority and the responsibility
  • Responsibly participate in the preparation of the flight and to attentively monitor the progress of the flight in order to be able to assume this authority/responsibility at any given moment, either by the Commander’s direction or when necessitated by the Commander’s incapacitation
  • The Co-pilot shall assist the Commander in the management of the flight and the manipulation of the aircraft controls in accordance with the directions of the Commander and approved AFM

Minimum Qualification & Requirement:

A successful candidate for flight crew with flying license (Frozen ATPL) and without experience; must have minimum of following:
  • Malaysia Citizen
  • Hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Frozen ATPL
  • Graduated from Company’s recognized Flight Training Organization (FTO)
  • CAAM ATPL Result not exceeding 3 attempts and/ or repeat
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP), minimum Level 4
  • Medically and physically fit with perfect eyesight and not color blind
  • Age not exceeding of 45 years old as at date of selection
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirement and principles of flight
  • Sound flying skills with knowledge of operations disciplines, specialized technical knowledge of current fleets in the system
  • Strong in interpersonal and communications skills, good analytical skill, and good at issue engagements

A320 Rated Captains Qualifications:

Minimum 3000hrs total with 500 PIC on type within last 5 years.
A minimum of 2,500 hours in multi-crew;
Holder of a valid Multi-Engine ICAO ATPL with Instrument Rating acceptable by HKCAD;
A valid Radiotelephony Operator's license;
A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
ICAO English level 4 or above.


A320 NON Rated Captains Qualifications:

Minimum 3000hrs total have a minimum of 1,000 hours on Multi-Engine Jet, Turbine Aircraft or military jet and 500 hours of flying experience on civil registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operations;
A minimum of 2,500 hours in multi-crew;
Holder of a valid Multi-Engine ICAO ATPL with Instrument Rating acceptable by HKCAD;
A valid Radiotelephony Operator’s license; 
A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
ICAO English level 4 or above.
Others Airbus Type Rated will also be considered, ATPL issued by an ICAO Contracting State


A320 Rated First Officer

Minimum 500 hours of which 500 hours must be on type.
Holder of a valid Multi-Engine ICAO CPL (gained without exemptions) with Instrument Rating acceptable by HKCAD;
A valid Radiotelephony Operator’s license;
A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
ICAO English level 4 and above.
For CPL holder, minimum of 5 hours Night Cross Country Hours as PIC
Passed all ATPL subjects


A320 NON Rated First Officer

Minimum 1,000 hours of which 500 hours must be on an aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff weight of more than 5,670kg driven by turbines, and used for commercial aviation or
Minimum 1,000 hours of which 500 hours on corporate jet; or
Minimum 2,000 hours of which 500 hours on civil registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operations
Holder of a valid Multi-Engine ICAO CPL (gained without exemptions) with Instrument Rating acceptable by HKCAD;
A valid Radiotelephony Operator’s license;
A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
ICAO English level 4 and above.
For CPL holder, minimum of 5 hours Night Cross Country Hours as PIC
Passed all ATPL subjects
