Even though we take fun seriously, hard work is second nature as well. In reality, you’ll be on your feet for hours, on many sectors, working irregular hours, handling conflicts and issues, cleaning the cabin and toilets, and working on the tarmac or at the gates.

Being firm when needed is very important. Key elements to this job include giving instructions during emergencies, calming a tense situation, or enforcing certain rules and regulations.

  • No braces
  • Nice, healthy-looking hair (Men may have long hair, with the understanding that they may be required to have short hair if hired.)

As a Cabin Crew, your working hours are based on productivity. The more shifts you take on, the better your earnings.

1. Please bring original & copy of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with CREDIT in English or any substitute credentials, pass in C Bahasa Malaysia and one other credit in another subject.
2. Original and copies of MYKad
3. Recent resume
4. Original and copies of certificates of higher education or equivalent.
5.TOEIC with 650 score validity within 2 years(substitute if SPM English not credit)

Most important! DRESS CODE: Office Attire  & Female a must to come in Knee Length Skirt and be yourself!

Ensure a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely airport operation so that Emirates image, reputation and customer service levels are maintained and enhanced, as per the criteria set forth by the Company?s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. Plan, organise and control all aspects of the overall operation including effective co-ordination of all internal and external departments such as Handling Agents, caterers, other airlines, and various authorities at the airport, to ensure customers are provided with a high level of service. Manage and supervise staff on duty ensuring that the relevant areas of the operation are fully covered and assume responsibility for running of the Station during the absences of the Airport Services Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Airport Operations.Passenger Handling :
:
Minimum `A' Level or equivalent (Higher Secondary School). Must have completed relevant and recognised professional training courses in Customer Services and Ground Operations. Experience: Given the specific requirements at outstations, a minimum of 5 years? experience is required in Airport. Customer handling / Operations including at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Knowledge/Skills: A working knowledge of Reservations/Fares and Ticketing, Departure Control Systems. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations & Weight & Balance. Knowledge of Baggage Tracing and Claims Handling. Knowledge of Microsoft Word/ E-mail / Excel advantageous and local languages. Fluency in spoken and written English and required local language.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Airport Operations.Other : 8+ Years
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
  •  Qualified to an advanced level in Passenger Services, Ground Operations, Baggage Claims, Reservations & Ticketing, and Weight and Balance Given the specific requirements at outstations, experience is required in Airport Passenger handling/Operations, of which minimum of five years should be at a managerial level. Knowledge: Should be conversant with Flight Planning and the pertinent aspects of Meteorology Must be able to operate and/or be familiar with various computerised systems, e.g. for Reservations, Baggage Tracing, and various software packages used by the Company such as Word, Excel, etc. Fluent in spoken and written English and local language Ability/Skills: Must be able to work under pressure in an environment which requires a very high degree of initiative Other Information: The job holder is responsible for adhering to the relevant health and safety requirements and safe working practices applicable to their employment.

Embark on an exciting career as a Pilot with us and you’ll be flying one of the most modern aircraft and fuel-efficient fleets in the skies.

As part of your career, you will undergo a rigorous training program to equip yourself with the highest flying standards. As you work your way through the ranks, there will be ample opportunities for progress to a Captain, and further develop your skills in the Technical, Training or Management track for those who are assessed to be suitable.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree.

2. Myopia of 600 degrees or less and astigmatism of 200 degrees or less per eye (Applies to both pre- and post-operative vision, and must be correctable to 6/6 visual acuity or better).

Selection Process

All interviews will be held in Singapore. Applicants undergo five stages comprising online application, preliminary interview, aptitude test, final interview with senior management as well as a medical check-up.

Training

Successful candidates will undergo training to acquire either an Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) or a Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) at Singapore Flying College and overseas.

  • Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Level or 4 GCE ‘N’ Level credits, including English
  • 5 SPM credits with a minimum of grade B in English or TOEIC score of at least 600

Responsibilities

  • Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight. Crew are also informed of flight details, the schedule and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers, passengers in wheelchairs or the number of infants on board.
  • Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy.
  • Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels with at least a credit in English.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers).
  • Knowledge of the Japanese language would be an advantage (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking customers).
  • Singapore citizen are welcomed.
  • Minimum arm-reach of 210cm (around 1.58metres in height) on tiptoe and to pass the pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Good skin complexion. Wearing of contact lens is allowed.
  • Able to adapt to changes in weather conditions, as this job requires you to fly to different countries with different seasons.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive work attitude.
  • No past criminal records.
