Singapore Airlines - Cabin Crew/Flight Stewardess Salary & Benefits ( Updated - 2017 )




Basic Salary : -
Flight steward/stewardess : $1,380 - $2,215

Leading LS/FSS                : $1,750 - $2,870
Chief
CS/CSS                    : $2,300 - $3,675

IFS                                     : $2,650 - $4,260

IFA – Inflight Flight Allowance / Per Hour

FS/SS : $12.8 ( Batches before MAR 2016 )
             $ 9.5 ( After MAR 2016 )
( After 27months from 1st day of employment, crew will enjoy $12.8 as well )
LS/SS : $15
CS/SS : $17.5
IFS :      $22 

IFA X 2.5 for Long Haul Flight
 
( When FDP, Scheduled Flight Duty Period hits 14:01 and above )
 ( You will still get IFA X2.5 If the actia flight time is shorter which makes FDP lower than 14:01 )
 ( However, for flight which the scheduled FDP is lower than 14:01 but eventually hits 14:01
after a flight delay, you will enjoy the 2.5X of your IFA )

Turnaround Allowance - $ 90 per turn


Uniform Allowance - $ 125* Fixed Rate

Transport Allowance $ 277*Usually Fixed Unless
( you have annual leave more than 4 days consecutively, 9 dollars will deducted for each day )
( Derived from 277/30days = 9 Dollars plus )

Paydates

We have 5 paydates in a month, BASIC + IFA + TURN + Uniform + Transport will be paid on the 21st of the month, and COP allowances will be paid on 4 other dates.

Favourite Flights

In general, most crew like doing London, LHR or Paris, CDG flights as
we get paid 2.5x for every sector. eg. SIN~LHR and LHR~SIN as the FDP exceeds 14:01 on the roster itself. Guarantee of 2.5X for the whole COP.

If you plan to stay long,

We do get increment of basic salary each year in July,
we called it the “ Service Increment “
about $70 was increased to our basic pay last year.
It’s the only motivation and also

If you are promoted to another rank, you will get
“ Promotion Increment “ Similar to SI
LS/SS - $140
CS/SS - $180
IFS/SS - $190

Leading Crew will get commission from selling DFS,
Duty Free Sales Items onboard as well, if you hit certain
sales amount in the month.

CS/IFS/ as CIC will get CIC Allowance each month which, I will never know the amount.

All in expect an average of between $3500~5000 per month.

In addition you get the following benefits,

-          Annual wage supplement of one month’s salary ( paid on 7th DEC )
