Main Purpose of jobs and responsibilities:
- Participate in inflight services management flying duty;
- Monitor crew performance through inflight assessment (appraisal), passenger’s feedback and surveys;
- Organize and coordinate cabin crew annual appraisal;
- Arrange cabin crew probation and promotion interview schedule;
- Review performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure effective communication between cabin crew and inflight services;
- Assist in organizing crew functions and meetings;
- Evaluation and performance of trainees;
- Provide any ad-hoc support services as required.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in aviation industry preferably with supervisory role with 2 years of flying experience;
- Possess good academic qualifications and sound judgment;
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop others;
- Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese and an additional language is an advantage;
- Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently;
- Good interpersonal communication, time management skills;
- Work well under pressure;
- Self-starter with multi-tasking capability
