We are hiring a Recruitment Manager for Commercial and Customer Happiness roles. This will include high volume hiring but also working on hard to find candidates across the whole of Asia. You will be designing a commercial recruiting strategy to support our business hiring needs, building an effective relationship with the assigned department and working closely with in-country recruiters on meeting hiring demands. You will be also involved in searching for the best talents for Commercial roles.

You should be passionate about recruiting for commercial and customer service types of roles where hiring volumes and hiring standards are high.

You also enjoy working in an ambiguous environment where speed and customer obsession are key attributes for success. You have a growth mindset, are unafraid to experiment, and propose solutions based on recruitment data. This is an individual contributor role.

You will

  • Develop long-term recruitment relationships with assigned departments on a global scale that meet multiple needs
  • Across Asia increase visibility and knowledge of AirAsia among talents who fit the Commercial and Customer Happiness profile
  • Run full-cycle recruiting by ensuring high standards for niche and volume hiring is in place 
  • Collaborate and provide direction to in-country recruiters in specific countries for assigned roles
  • Attend career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer's brand
  • Increase our social media presence and drive social media campaigns to meet hiring needs for assigned roles
  • Provide timely reporting of key recruitment metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve the process

You have

  • At least 7 Years of relevant working experience at fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Have worked on high volume customer service type of roles and also strong headhunting skills for niche commercial roles across the Asia Pacific.
  • Experience in building relationships with partners and customers, externally and internally
  • Experience developing a strategy, planning and executing against that strategy
  • Strong program management skills. You are self-driven and able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
  • You are able to travel to execute hiring drives
  • You hold a Bachelor degree
