YOU WILL:

Lead a team of highly passionate individuals to ensure safe operations and challenge any threat to the company asset or staff.
Be required to effectively empower your future team members in knowledge sharing, accountability and strive for the best team synergy.
Manage the databases for navigation and Aeronautical data including the production of Computer Flight Plans (CFPs), weather and NOTAM Systems. Contingency procedures forms part of this.
Be responsible to produce, validate and keep current airfield and route evaluation data as required by internal stakeholders.
Formulate company ATC routings with due regard to ATC capacity constraints, enroute
navigation charges and other fixed and variable costs.
Ensure submission of applicable ATC repetitive flight plan data as required by States.
Obtain and ensure all overflight permits are current to advise Flight Dispatchers & Flight Crew on provisioning for ATC offload routings in addition to primary company routes.
Coordinate with all Group Airlines to maximize synergies and align standard operating procedures with regard to airspace, routings and ATC engagement requests.
Lobby and champion airspace or routing change proposals that affect the AirAsia Group of Airlines.
Constantly strive for process improvement and procedure enhancement.
Work closely with the Head of Network Operations Center to ensure Ontime Performance of the Airline.

YOU ARE:

A leader, meticulous, approachable and forward thinking.
Familiar with Dispatch procedures, AIP documentation, and Airspace/Flight Routing design
A Bachelor Degree graduate in Airline Operations or Aviation related major.
Experienced in Airline, Airport & Ground Handling operational environment as a supervisory role for a minimum of 10 years.
Familiar with Operations, Navigation, ICAO documentation, Airspace/Flight Routing, Aeronautical Services & Procedures or ANSP environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Familiar with Navtech systems, Microsoft and Google Softwares.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google software. Familiar with Navtech systems will be added advantages
