EasyJet Pilot Recruitment - Cadet Pilot

Requirements of the Role


In order to anticipate our needs for ab initio (cadet) pilots in the next months, we invite applications from pilots with the following background:
  • Future cadet program: candidates recommended by an AeTO* for CPL/MEP/IR/MCC/f-ATPL training and interested in joining easyJet after initial and type rating training completion**
*AeTO: Approved easyJet Training Organisations are CAE-Oxford aviation, CTC Aviation, ENAC, Air Espace, Horizon Flight Academy, Swiss Aviation Training. Alternative providers may be considered on a case to case basis.

**Future cadets will need to self-fund their initial and type rating training and must have passed the SPHAIR selection/screening; in case of a positive selection, easyJet will issue a recommendation.

All candidates will need to have a Swiss or UK EASA license upon employment.
