 Job Description

Scoot’s Cabin Crew :

• get to travel the world as they fly with us.
• get to meet people from all walks of life
• get to cater to the needs of our guests and ensure their safety.

Required Skills

• For safety reasons you should be at least 158cm (for female) or 165cm (for male).
• You should have least 4 GCE ‘N’ Levels with Credit in English, proficiency in other languages is, of course, an added advantage!
• No worries if you have no previous cabin crew experience, but those who have it are welcome and will be considered for supervisory roles.  

Step 1: Submit resume at www.flyscoot.com/joinus  

Shortlisted candidates will receive email invitations to complete online tests and video interview.

Step 2: Online Tests and Video Interview. 

Candidates must complete both tests and interview to be eligible for second round of shortlisting. Candidates who pass this stage will be contacted to attend cabin crew assessment centre.

Step 3: Assessment Centre 

·        Stage A: Registration and Self Declaration
·        Stage B:  Group Activity – candidates will be assigned to a group and complete a task together.
·        Stage C: Written test (15mins)
·        Stage D: Role Play
·        Stage E: Face to Face interview

Step 4: Successful candidates will be contacted for contract briefing

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
