B737 Simulator Flight Instructor and Sales Assistant ( Hong Kong )

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing customer service environment. Duties will include:

• Customer service
• Instructing clients in the simulator following Flight Experience SOPs
• Retail sales for both Flights and Merchandise
• General retail duties

Minimum Requirements: 
Will hold (or have held) a Private Pilot’s License and has customer service / sales experience.

Desirable Qualifications and Attributes:

• CPL, ME CIR, ATPL
• Multi-crew experience
• Flight Simulator experience
• The skill and experience to deliver customer service excellence
• A high motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
• A team player and self motivated
• Superior time management and ability to priorities multiple tasks
• Sound problem solving and analytical skills
• A genuine desire to work in a fast paced ever changing customer service / sales environment
