Tag Aviation - Cabin Crew Manager ( Based in Hong Kong )

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver premium services and safety standard through evaluating and participating in training to cabin crews
  • Constantly review training plan and conduct annual quality assurance check to ensure the delivery is in line with TAG standards and complying with the regulatory authority and meeting the expectation of ongoing changing demand
  • Ensure cabin crews have attended training to execute TAG level of in-flight services
  • Maintain training records with regards to services training and continuation training
  • Assist the Recruitment team in the cabin crew recruitment activities
  • Manage daily operations of the cabin crew, including annual leave applications, defining job description details and reviewing work performance and etc.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve the issues by providing efficient and effective feedback to cabin crews
  • Participate in new A/C set up activities and perform entry into service flights
  • Oversee the creation and update of documents for permanent and contract cabin crews

Commercial flights are the scheduled flights that
depart from KUL. ( Can be seen on Air Asia booking page ) 

1.Basic Salary

FA RM 1000
SFA RM Vary***
Purser RM Vary***+ RM200 Purser Allowence

***Depends on years served.

2.Flight Pay ( Per Hour )

FA RM 26 ( RM12+BONUS RM14 If no MC )
SFA RM 34   ( RM16+BONUS RM18 If no MC )
Purser RM 34 ( RM16+BONUS RM18 If no MC )

How to qualify for Bonus?

  • Good attendance.
  • Zero misconducts in the month.
  • No late sign ONs ( more than twice )
  • 60 Flying hours and above. ( for the month )

3.Sector Allowance

FA/SFA RM 20 per sector. Eg. KUL-MEL-KUL is 2xRM20= RM 40
Purser RM 50 per sector.

4.Commission
 - varies from RM300~700 per month

5.Nightstop Allowance - Number of hours staying x Destination's base value

We will be conducting a recruitment exercise for Flight Steward/Stewardesses in Kuala Lumpur . If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to meet you at our walk-in interview.


Requirements

* Singaporean or Malaysian citizen 
* Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
* Fulfill the minimum height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
* Degree / Diploma (those who are graduating before December 2018 may also apply if you have any of the two educational qualifications below)
 OR
* At least 2 principal level passes and 2 subsidiary passes in STPM / GCE ‘A’ level or its equivalent
OR
* At least 5 credits in SPM / GCE ‘O’ level and relevant working experience
* For Malaysian qualifications at SPM level, at least 5 credits including a minimum of grade B in English and working experience are required


Successful candidates must be able to commence employment with us within six months from the date of application.

Training

Our comprehensive 4 months training program will cover topics such as:

Remuneration & Service Benefits

Flight Dispatcher Recruitment - Air Asia Malaysia

Job Description
  • Safe and legal flight planning for all Company flights, including payload estimation, MEL/CDL, ETOPs requirements and operating environment considerations.
  • Timely preparation of Crew Briefs including all relevant flight plan filing, weather, notam and other information as appropriate for safe and timely flight operations.
  • Monitoring and updating of the Operations system and Flight Following System.
  • Maintaining a weather and NOTAM watch. Alerting of crew to any relevant change.
  • Alerting and escalation of any unexpected deviation or loss of tracking of an aircraft through Flight Following.
  • Monitoring ATC slot times and exploring reroute options relative to actual and predicted delays in excess of 15 minutes. Active Input and adjustment for A-DCM airports.
  • Delaying of flight plans and revision of ATC slots in the event of programme disruption.
  • Timely recommendation and adjustment of allocations for the daily aircraft programme to facilitate regulatory or optimised planning.
  • Timely disruption recovery planning and communication to maintain schedule integrity within cost and safety constraints.
  • Review and where necessary escalate takeoff and landing performance limitations for each flight planned.
  • Monitor and have ownership of actions on a per flight basis to improve safety and/or efficiency including total payload planning
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Completed Jeppesen FOM 1 & 2
  • Proficient in oral and written English

Requirements
  • Legally entitled to work in Singapore
  • A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.) 
  • Be B787 type rated, training and type conversions is to be co-funded between employee and the company
  • Minimum 5000 commercial jet flight hours with an airline of which a minimum 2000 hours are Pilot-In-Command hours  on a civil registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operations with MTOW greater than 50,000kg
  • A Class 1 unrestricted medical approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB)
  • Demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 5.

The Cabin Crew Instructor is responsible for conducting all aspects of cabin crew training in accordance with the company's policies, goals and objectives to ensure that all cabin crew maintain a level of high standards in safety, onboard customer service and delivery.

Malaysia Airlines Recruitment - Licensed Aircraft Engineer


Role Purpose

Responsible for the maintenance and supervise inspection, servicing, repair, replacement, modification, rectification and certification of aircraft in accordance with company (Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“MAB”) and Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (“DCA”) approved methods and procedures for on time serviceability of aircraft.

Key Accountability
  • Responsible to certify the maintenance, inspection, servicing, repair, replacement, modification, rectification and certification on MAB, DCA and other relevant aviation authorities;
  • Strategise and plan the work/assignment for Technicians to meet planned milestones, together with the team’s clocked man-hours;
  • Update Lead Engineer Ops/Bay Foreman on the progress of the maintenance tasks/check;
  • Ensure on time completion of target tasks set by the Lead Engineer Ops/Bay Foreman through effective utilisation of budgeted man-hours;
  • Lead the team to the aircraft and zone; by ensuring technicians’ availability and sufficiently equipped with the tools;
  • Monitor and organise the zone/work area ; to ensure the housekeeping are well kept, accordance to safety requirement; and
  • Communicate with support sections such as Technical Services, Workshops, Quality Assurance, Spare, etc. if required and to advise superior.

Qualification

Holds a valid DCA Malaysia Part-66 license with either full category of B2;

Working Experience
  • Type Rated on a minimum of one (1) Malaysia Airlines fleet (ATR72 / B737NG / A330 / A380);
  • At least four (4) years’ experience certifying any fleet type operated by Malaysia Airlines; and
  • Evidence of work experience (work schedule) available, minimum six (6) months in any consecutive two-year (2) period.

Good leadership and highly motivated;
Ability to mobilise and motivate the workforce; and
Stay calm and maintain professionalism under pressure situation whilst providing safe aircraft for frontlines services and high quality products.
