1) Digital Marketing Sales Consultant ( Native Korean )

As a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader
Account to deliver #happier customer experience. You will be required to effectively create and
manage Google AdWords campaigns and understand the online marketing industry and have
the ability to effectively manage multiple client relations while ensuring client satisfaction. You
should be able to identify opportunities to grow client revenue within a small time so that they are
able to reach their full advertising potential. You should be able to maximize the revenue
opportunities from the new AdWords clients and should be able to interact with the clients in a
manner that leaves them with a great advertising experience.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing
  • Manage business inquiries by via phone, e-mail and/or live chat
  • Provide outstanding service and support to Google's advertisers, publishers and users
  • Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role
  • with your client portfolio
  • Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other Google products.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time

Who are we looking for?

  • Only for native Koreans 
  • Minimum 2 years Sales experience.
  • Passion and a genuine interest in online marketing.
  • Ability to work in an organized and structured manner
  • Fluent in English and Korean language
  • Creative mindset and good understanding of client’s needs.
  • Analytical skills and a logical mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions


2 . Customer Service ( Native Korean )

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, verify client's data and input into KYC system.
  • Liaise with various business units and departments to resolve issues
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance include internal control with company's policies, corporate governance and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • Respond and manage client’s inquiries through email communication and live chat support.
  • Attending 1st level related customer fronting and back-office processing works via chat / tickets in relation to following;
a) Account enquiries; 
b) Complaints;
c) Modification and changing the account profile details request; and     
d) Account verification guidance/steps.

Qualifications
  • Only for native Koreans 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance and Economics related / Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience is preferred but also open to individuals without experience but keen interest to learn.
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player with great sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about service quality and delivery excellent customer experience
  • Fluent in English and Korean language
