Head of Training Operations cum Training Devices Operations Manager
Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
-Headings,definition of roles, in order to achieve which results
-Organises, manages operations of training devices and the training planning
-Organises and establishes team shift work schedule for training devices operations team, assigns all specific tasks to his team members
-Initiate and follow-up the requests for repairs or upgrades of training devices equipment.
-Training devices supervision
-Identification and analysis of hazards and risk assessment and Safety initiatives contribution
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,IT or related discipline
- Job related experience: At least 5 years experience of which at least 2 years at a management position
- Specific knowledge: Business understanding, Simulator operations experience is mandatory
Training Device Operator (1 Team lead and 1 Expert)
Job Description
-Headings,definition of roles, in order to achieve which results
-Training devices maintenance and operation tasks
-Troubleshooting and discrepancy remarks interventions
-Training devices supervision
-Identification and analysis of hazards and risk assessment and Safety initiatives contribution
-Leads the team during his shift
-Other assignments from the direct Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: IT/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Job related experience: At least 3 years experience of which at least 1 year at team leader position
- Specific knowledge: Business understanding: Simulator operations experience is a privilege
