Xiamen Airlines - B737EFIS/NG Captains ( USD 332,220 per year )


Xiamen Airlines has immediate need for B737EFIS/NG Captains.

Minimum requirements are as follows:

1. 500 hours PIC time on type
2. Total time 5000 hours
3. Multi-crew, Multi-engine jet time: 2,000 hours
4. Aircraft type: B737-300 and above
5. Current within 12 months (must have a valid/current PC)
6. Valid ATP license, valid passport, Class A Medical (validity of 3 months upon reporting)
7. Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
8. No incidents or accidents, no license limitations
9. No significant medical history (grounding, major surgery, etc)
10. Age 55 maximum

Domicile: Xiamen, China

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable

Contract Options: Living in China, or Commuter.


Remuneration and Benefit Package :  

Total Compensation for Living in China:  $25,665 per month (nett)


Fly 980 hours per year, and make $332,220 per year!!


Option 1:  42 days of paid leave per year

Total Monthly compensation:  $25,655 per month

Salary:  $21,889

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:          $2000

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $300/hour over 900 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.


Option 2:  22 days on, 8 days off or 44 days on, 16 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $24,655 per month

Salary:  $20,889

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:            $2000

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $280/hour over 900 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.


Option 3:  19 days on, 11 days off…or 38 days on, 22 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $20,655 per month

Salary:  $17,389

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:          $1500

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 780 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.


Option 4:  17 days on, 13 days off…or 34 days on, 26 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $19,655 per month

Salary:  $16,389

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:          $1500

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 780 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Option 5:  30 days on, 30 days off

Total Monthly compensation:  $14,655 per month

Salary:  $12,056

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:          $833

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $300/hour over 600 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.


Option 6:  2 months on, 2 months off

Total Monthly compensation:  $12,155 per month

Salary:  $9,556

Housing allowance: $1100

Ticket Allowance:     $500

Safety Bonus:          $833

Medical Ins. Allow.   $166

Overtime:  $250/hour over 560 hours/yr

Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.

Renewal Bonus:  $10, 000 per year after the first contract.

Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.

7 days sick leave per year

Travel Benefits: 5 fee tickets per year for the employee and family member. Five ID75 tickets per year for the employee and family member

Xiamen Airlines will pay $2000/yr. toward your medical insurance cost.


Training salary: During ground school:  70%.  During line training: 80%.
Hotel is provided during training.
