Singapore Airlines Pilot Recruitment - Cadet Pilot ( For Malaysian )

We invite suitable candidates with a strong interest in aviation to join us as Cadet Pilots


REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level/STPM, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree. In addition, you must demonstrate proficiency in English, Mathematics and Science, preferably Physics (with at least credits in GCE 'O' levels/SPM)
  • For candidates without credits in English at GCE ‘O’ Levels/SPM, you must produce additional proof of English proficiency:
    o IELTS – Minimum Band 7 (out of 9); or
    o TOEFL – Minimum score: Computer based – 250, Paper Version – 600; or
    o Certificate of Completion for English Language Course
  • Myopia of not more than 600 degrees and astigmatism of not more than 200 degrees per eye
TRAINING

Successful candidates will be trained to acquire either an Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) or a Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) at Pilot Training Schools in Singapore and overseas. Full board and lodging will be provided. Upon obtaining the ATPL or MPL, you will undergo further training to become a First Officer.


SELECTION PROCESS

Preliminary interviews are held in Malaysia and subsequent interviews will be held in Singapore. Applicants undergo five stages comprising online application, preliminary interview, aptitude test, final interview with senior management as well as a medical check-up.

REMUNERATIONS AND SERVICE BENEFITS


A monthly allowance will be provided during training. On appointment as a First Officer, you will enjoy a competitive salary along with various allowances and benefits.

EMPLOYMENT


Successful candidates will be offered an exciting career with extensive training, development and progression plans with one of the following companies:

BOND

 ( You will still get IFA X2.5 If the actia flight time is shorter which makes FDP lower than 14:01 )

after a flight delay, you will enjoy the 2.5X of your IFA )

Malaysia Airlines Pilot Recruitment - Cadet Pilot Trainee


As a Cadet Pilot Trainee, you will enroll in training programme at Flight Training Organisaton (FTO) for maximum of 24 months.

1. Perform on Airline Transport Pilot License or Multi-Pilot License training
2. Participate in license training for approximately 20 months in identified Flight Training Organisation.

Qualification 

SPM or its equivalent qualification recognised by Malaysian government with minimum :
1. (A-) in Mathematics and English
2. (A-) in Science OR (B) in Physics
3. (B) in other two (2) subjects

OR
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science related disciplines with minimum:
1. CGPA of 3.00
2. SPM (or its equivalent) with minimum (B) in Mathematics, Science or Physics, Bahasa Melayu and English.

Requirements

i. A Malaysian National.
ii. Age between 18 and 26 at date of selection.
iii. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken.
iv. Medically and physically fit with perfect eyesight and visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aids, correctable to 6/6 and not colour blind,
v. minimum height of 158cm
