Vistara Pilot Recruitment - Trainee First Officers ( A320 Rated /CPL and low hours accepted )


Eligibility
  • Candidate should be an Indian National and possess Indian CPL.
  • Minimum 75% aggregate in 10+2 or 60% aggregate in Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Age 18 to 30 yrs.
  • Candidate should possess current Indian ATPL/CPL, FRTO, COP-RTR, Class-I Medical, English Level Proficiency (ELP) endorsed on license with a minimum level 4 and with A 320 Rating.
  • Minimum multi engine experience of 25 hours, 10 hours of which should be on approved multi engine simulator.

We will be conducting walk-in interviews for Flight Stewardesses/Stewards in Malaysia on 11 March 2017. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to meet you at our interviews:

Requirements
* Singaporean or Malaysian citizen
* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Fulfil the minimum height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
* Degree/ Diploma (those who are graduating before September 2017 may also apply if they have any of the two educational qualifications below).

OR

* At least 2 principal level passes and 2 subsidiary passes in STPM/GCE ‘A’ level or its equivalent

OR

* At least 5 credits in SPM/GCE ‘O’ level and relevant working experience

Malaysia Airlines Pilot Recruitment - Cadet Pilot 2017

Role Purpose

To be cleared and endorsed by DCA on type rating training on B737 as a Co-pilot

Key Accountability 

The Co-pilot is the Commander’s deputy and is a member of the flight crew acting in piloting capacity, other than Commander.

When the Commander is absent or becomes incapacitated, the Co-pilot assumes the Commander’s authority and the responsibility. 

Responsibly participate in the preparation of the flight and to attentively monitor the progress of the flight in order to be able to assume this authority/responsibility at any given moment, either by the Commander’s direction or when necessitated by the Commander’s incapacitation.

The Co-pilot shall assist the Commander in the management of the flight and the manipulation of the aircraft controls in accordance with the directions of the Commander and approved AFM.

Qualification & Experience

SPM - Pass SPM or its equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysian government with six (6) credits including Bahasa Malaysia and a minimum of B4/C4 in Mathematics, Physics or General Science and English taken at one seating. 
Diploma - Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science related disciplines with CGPA 3.0 and above and six credits with a pass in Bahasa Malaysia in SPM. 
i. A Malaysian National.
ii. Possess Frozen ATPL
iii. Age between 18 and 32 at date of selection.
iv. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken.
v. Medically and physically fit with perfect eyesight and visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aids, correctable to 6/6 and not colour blind,
vi. Not less than 163cm (5 ft. 4 in.) in height,
vii. Prepared to undergo vigorous training up to twenty (20) months or until completion of Ab-initio training 


Skills & Knowledge 

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirement and principles of flight. 
  • Sound flying skills with knowledge of operations disciplines, specialised technical knowledge of current fleets in the system.
  • Strong in interpersonal and communications skills, good analytical skill, and good at issue engagements.

CAPTAINS

  • Minimum of 3000 hours total flying time

Airbus 320

  • With current A320 type-rating

Competitive Tax Free Basic Salary ( New Payscale )

We review our salaries regularly to make sure we remain competitive.
Our two salary entry levels for Captain and First Officer depend on your experience and whether you meet or exceed our minimum requirements.

Based on 85 block hours each month, these are our basic salaries together with hourly flying pay:

Captain: 42,695 AED per month (entry level 1)
Captain: 47,265 AED per month (entry level 2)

First Officer: 30,125 AED per month (entry level 1)
First Officer: 35,080 AED per month (entry level 2)

Old Payscale
•  Monthly Basic Salary - Captain Dhs 42,015 First Officer Dhs 29,700
(Tax Free , USD1 = 3.67 Dhs )

• Hourly Flying Pay
An Hourly Flying pay is paid on block hours up to a threshold of between 83 to 92 hours.

• Productivity Pay
Productivity Pay is also available for block hours worked above the monthly Hourly Flying Pay threshold of  between 83 to 92 hours.

• Profit Share Scheme - Profit share scheme based upon the profit results of the Company

Child Education Support Allowance & Annual Leave of 42 days
