We are currently recruiting experienced and technically proficient commercial pilots to fly our extensive network of international routes. The position offers an exceptional opportunity for successful commercial pilots to develop their careers on one of the world’s youngest and most modern fleets, with one of the fastest growing and most profitable airlines.

Information Sessions

We regularly hold interactive events around the globe to provide information about Emirates and our selection programme. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our Pilot Selection Programme, the details of our remuneration package, and talk to our staff about the benefits of living and working in Dubai.
If you would like to attend one of the Emirates information sessions, please arrive at the venue of your convenience, on time.

Pilot Selection Program (PSP) Events

Each candidate will be required for a single day only.
The day’s agenda will consist of:
• Welcome brief / Simulator brief
• Simulator Assessment (basic flying skills, flight deck management and airmanship)
• Advanced Compass Test (comprehensive skills and aptitude)
• Psychometric testing

Successful candidates will be flown to Dubai for the remainder of the process at a later date.

Qualifications & Experience

If this describes you, and you have an ICAO ATPL (or USA equivalent) along with excellent English language fluency (to ICAO English level 4 or above) we would like to hear from you. 

We will accept applications from pilots from multi-engine, multi-crew, turboprop and jet aircraft, including business jets, with a MTOW of 10 tonnes or more. 

In order to be eligible to fly our B777 and A380 fleets we require qualified pilots to have:

  • at least 2000 hours flying an aircraft with a MTOW of 20 tonnes or more; or
  • at least 3000 hours flying an aircraft with a MTOW above 10 tonnes.
