Cathay Pacific - Crew Relations Specialist

Job Description :
 
The position holder will aim to close gap between crew and management by engaging crew community via effective communication.  He/she will build trust and manage grievances within crew community; organize crew events, functions to enhance crew engagement and level of morale.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Crew Relations in line with company policy to foster support and communications.
  • Manage daily crew issues, handle crew grievances, and conduct investigation and recommendation for solutions.
  • Manage daily operations of Cabin Crew Help desk in HKG & out port bases.
  • Develop, manage and co-ordinate crew engagement function and initiatives.
  • Assist team to co-ordinate and monitor ISD communications, styles, frequency and channels.
  • Organize cabin crew formal and informal communication events.
  • Coordinate the Cabin Crew Support Team monthly meeting and working group. Monitor enquiries and feedback from the Group.

Silk Air - Cabin Crew Open Day


We are looking for cabin crew with a combination of grace and a warm smile to provide excellent and attentive service to our customers.

Requirements:
  • Singaporean, Singaporean PR and  Malaysian
  • Minimum height of 1.58m
  • Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Level or 4 GCE ‘N’ Level credits, including English
  • For Malaysian qualifications at SPM level, at least 5 credits including a minimum grade of B4 in English and working experience is required

Requirements
* Malaysian ,Singapore and Singapore PR , Indonesian,Japanese and Chinese citizen
* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Females who are at least 1.58m; males who are at least 1.65m in height
· Degree/ Diploma
OR
* At least 2 principal level passes and 2 subsidiary passes in STPM/GCE ‘A’ level or its equivalent
OR
* At least 5 credits in SPM/GCE ‘O’ level and relevant working experience
* For Malaysian qualifications at SPM level, at least 5 credits including a minimum grade of B4 in English and working experience is required.

Direct Entry Co-Pilot / Captain - Indonesia Air Transport


Requirement ( Co - Pilot ) : -

• Hold a Commercial Pilot License / Instrument Rating (CPL / MEIR)
• Hold an ATR42/72 Type Rating ( zero hours on type is accepted )
• Priority will be given to those with hours on type
• Minimum of Level 4 of Aviation English.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Class 1 medical
• All nationality are welcome

Captain ( ATR rated )

• Must hold a valid ATPL license (inclusive of a valid medical certificate)
• Must have at least 3000 flying hours
• Minimum of Level 4 of Aviation English.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
